Established over half a century ago, Rosewood Care Group (Inc) continues to provide exceptional residential services to Western Australian seniors. We understand choosing a residential care facility can be a difficult and emotional decision. Rosewood provides care to both Low and High care residents in both of our beautifully located facilities. Our friendly and professional staff include Clinical (Registered and Enrolled Nurses), Care staff, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Hotel services staff, Head Chef and 2nd Chef and our own maintenance staff amongst others.
Our social and recreational activities ensure a warm sense of community at Rosewood. We believe in the extension of our facilities to the wider community. We encourage our residents to maintain their connections with family and friends and take every opportunity to involve them.
We take pride in making your life easier, providing services such as freshly cooked meals, hairdressing, podiatry and a full range of hotel services. Rosewood has set the standard when it comes to ensuring the provision of contemporary care for its residents. Our nurses provide direct clinical care and supervise the standards of carers on a round the clock basis.
